HOW TO ENTER:
1. Monthly Draw:
a). Visit our Artists Exhibitions and find the painting which is offered as a particular months prize.
b). Write down exactly the full name of the artist and the title of the painting.
c). Send an email to monthlydraw@gmail.com stating the full name of the artist, the title of the painting and the month and year of the draw, all in the first line of your email body (not in the subject line). Then enter your full real name and the month and year of the draw in the subject line.
For example if the artists name is Sylvia Kula, the title of the painting offered as a November 2006 monthly prize is "Underwater" and your name is John Smith, enter "Sylvia Kula, Underwater, November 2006" in the first line of your email body and "John Smith, November 2006" in the subject line of your email.
2. Quarterly Draw:
a). Visit our Artists Exhibitions and find the Code for the Quarterly Draw for the current quarter. Hint: it is shown on one of the paintings.
b). Write the Code down.
c). Send an email to quarterlydraw@gmail.com stating the Code and the quarter of the year of the draw in the first line of your email body (not in the subject line). Then enter your full real name and the quarter of the year of the draw in the subject line.
For example if the Code is "ABC", the current quarter of the year is 1st October - 31st December 2006 and your name is John Smith, enter "ABC, 1st October - 31st December 2006" in the first line of your email body and "John Smith, 1st October - 31st December 2006" in the subject line of your email.
TERMS and CONDITIONS:
1. Both (monthly and quarterly) prize draws are currently open to persons 18 years of age or over who will be able to pick-up the prize in person from a Mount Maunganui or Papamoa address listed in the notification email. If you will not be able to pick-up the prize in person, do not enter.
2. One entry per person for each draw. Multiple entries will be disqualified, including the first entry.
3. Entries for a particular month are considered those received by ArtExpoSite.com between 00.01 (just after midnight) New Zealand time on the first day of the month and 23.59 (just before midnight) on the last day of that month.
4. If there are less than 500 entries received in any particular month for that months draw, the prize will not be drawn for that month and the entries will be moved to the next month draw and so on, until there are min. 500 entries. In this case the last month participants are welcome to send another entry for next month draw - it means that they will have 2 entries in next month draw.
5. If there are less than 1000 entries received in any particular quarter for that quarters draw, the prize will not be drawn for that quarter and the entries will be moved to the next quarter draw and so on, until there are min. 1000 entries. In this case the last quarter participants are welcome to send another entry for next quarter draw - it means that they will have 2 entries in next quarter draw.
6. Winners will be notified by email only.
7. The artist who will be painting the quarterly prize will be chosen by the ArtExpoSite.com.
8. Owners and employees of ArtExpoSite.com are not eligible to enter. The artist who painted the monthly prize and the artist who will be painting the quarterly prize are not eligible to enter the relevant draws. Other exhibiting artists are welcome to enter any draw.
9. The winner of the monthly draw must pick-up the prize in person, from a Mount Maunganui or Papamoa address listed in the notification email, within two weeks from the date the notification email is sent to the winner. The winner is solely responsible for calling the phone number listed in the notification email and arranging an appointment to pick-up the painting.
10. A proof of identity with a photo (drivers licence, passport or a credit card with a photo) and a copy of notification email will be required before the painting is handed over to the winner.
11. A photo of the winner with the painting won will be taken for advertising purposes and the winner agrees that this photo, together with the winners name and address, may be used for advertising purposes by ArtExpoSite.com, at the sole discretion of ArtExpoSite.com.
12. If the painting is not collected by the winner as specified above, it may be offered as another month prize, at the sole discretion of ArtExpoSite.com.
13. Winner of the quarterly draw must email the photo he/she would like painted by one of our artists to quarterlydraw@gmail.com within two weeks from the date the notification email is sent. He/she will then be notified by email again when his/her painting is ready and must pick-up the prize in person, from a Mount Maunganui or Papamoa address listed in the second notification email, within two weeks from the date the second notification email is sent. The winner is solely responsible for calling the phone number listed in the second notification email and arranging an appointment to pick-up the painting.
Conditions # 10 & 11 above also apply to the winner of the quarterly prize.
If the quarterly prize is not collected by the winner as specified above, it may be offered as a monthly prize, be sold or gifted by ArtExpoSite.com to any party or remain the property of ArtExpoSite.com, at the sole discretion of ArtExpoSite.com.
14. All ArtExpoSite.com decisions regarding monthly and quarterly draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Entry terms as well as any Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice, at the sole discretion of ArtExpoSite.com.
